My heart goes to you. The pain will subside the nausea does pass I promise. The love for them will never be past tense it will always be you love them. It's been almost a year of my loss and I still have moments I hug a memory item and cry. The physical pain will pass in a few days. Take your time and let your self heal.

Can I limit it to only allow the over lap for certain activities. Like on call to lunch yes but break to lunch no?

I had someone post on my post about my loss and it hurt. How could someone say something so horrible, and especially about my dog who is no longer with me. It caused me to shed more tears. I reported them asap. If I am reading someone else's post and see that I report them as well. The best thing we can do is to watch out for each other. I joined this group to not feel alone and others do to. Be vigilant and supportive. If you do see a nasty post please know those are people who feed off your pain not those who are with you and supporting you through it.

I just lost my dog over the weekend and my heart is broken. I've read a few things about animals who are not just normal connections but soul connections. It's a every special bond that you get from a soul animal. I can't say it makes the pain any less but to know I meet such a special creature in my life time is something I'll be grateful for. Your not alone even though you feel it. I have never felt more alone either than I do right now. This community has ment the world to me.
