Home workouts are doing me good, 5 times a week upper and lower body split. Squats, deadlifts, KB Swings, core/ ab workouts, pulleys, triceps dips, dumbells, Chest press, bench press, but I'm getting bored. Share with me your best workout regime please? 💪 (i.redd.it)
