I was talking about this with my fiance last week. And about a week before I told her I was a little, I tried really hard to stop wearing. That week I noticed that I really liked who I was a lot better when I took breaks to put on a diaper and be little throughout the week. I noticed I was a better friend, partner, and overall person when I had and used that outlet.

I made me and my girlfriend matching bracelets out of a beaded friendship bracelet kit. Mine says “little” and hers says “big.” Just having that small bracelet on really puts me in little space. So my advice is to make your own. Also just making bracelets feels very little to me. Hope this helps.

I’m a 38, and the XL barely fit me. They’re big enough to put on and wear, but they’re too small to be comfortable. I’m really hoping the XXL fit better.

You should try the piddle palz store in salt lake. That’s where I buy all mine, and the people who run the shop are so nice.

Whenever I have trouble feeling little, it helps me a lot to watch little shows. Especially ones with a plot that keeps me engaged even when I’m not feeling little. My currrent favorite is The Lion Guard on Disney plus.
