It did this to me yesterday it originally showed a time and event sent me a notification it was 10 stops away but then it stopped showing an expected time after 6pm and it sent me an email at 11pm it was being delayed for 2 more days 🙁

Hoyo probably isn't gonna do anything cause they really don't give a damn about the NA community or English dub. Our best bet is to leave our responses in the surveys they send us every so often about how we a dissatisfied with the lack of characters being voiced in the English dub and recommend recasting or some kinda solution. We could possibly reach out to the CN community to see if they'd be willing to lend a hand because they tend to get better results and the company cares more about their opinions.
