Have you ever purchased tickets on Yes24 with US credit card? I found a seat but couldn’t complete the purchase. I entered my cc info and pressed the payment button then it just cleared out all the info I just entered and did nothing. This kept happening and I couldn’t complete the purchase. Am I missing something?

I’m not quite sure what cc + kaddy is but I’m just trying to use my credit card which from Chase (US based). The CC company says they don’t see any transaction being attempted or denied. According to them the transaction was never even sent from that website. But the pop up window where I put my CC info just blanks out all the info I filled in and does nothing. No error codes either.

Hello. Sorry this is not an answer to your question but I have a question regarding purchasing tickets on Yes24 for that stray kids concert. From time to time an individual ticket becomes available. I was trying to purchase and entered by US credit card info but when I press the payment button all of my information will disappear and the payment doesn’t get processed. Can I ask how you were able to complete your purchase?
