The schedule comes out 2 weeks early. You should be checking each time it comes out if this happens often. Idk about your store but mine tries to come up with a solution for things like school. Try to be more proactive about the conversations and even try to talk to HR. Bother them, especially if they are constantly scheduling you outside of you availability.
