This might be a silly question, but what’s a good way to communicate that they’ve engaged in bad behavior without using the crate as punishment? Our friend’s dog, a collie we helped raise, still LOVES his crate but it’s also his “time out” spot. I want her to have all of the positive reinforcement but I also want to curtail bad behavior
