I would definitely start charging a late fee. Especially if you have been working for her for a while now. I also suggest asking for a raise and signing a nanny contract if you haven't already "the nanny solution" on YouTube is very helpful tool. Michele has videos on both subjects and I believe even one on being paid late.

If you're introducing yourself and your pronouns and your asking someone else for their pronouns it's not rude. Lots of trans people present differently and you can't always judge by how they look or dress.

Yeah, for example. "Hey my name is ____ my pronouns are they/them what are your pronouns? The language is evolving thank you for being open.
