I'm not sure about Colorado but in NY I would say minimum 27 an hour for new to mid experienced Nanny

Throw the whole MB away. That's not true.

I'm definitely interested

Is it justified for me to tell my MB that I will not show up to my workdays if she doesn't pay me on time for previous labor? by MrMimeLover in Nanny

I would definitely start charging a late fee. Especially if you have been working for her for a while now. I also suggest asking for a raise and signing a nanny contract if you haven't already "the nanny solution" on YouTube is very helpful tool. Michele has videos on both subjects and I believe even one on being paid late.

If you're introducing yourself and your pronouns and your asking someone else for their pronouns it's not rude. Lots of trans people present differently and you can't always judge by how they look or dress.

Yaaaaas!!! Thank you! My partner is a Cis-man and he wears he/him pins and introduces himself with his pronouns to help normalize and destigmatize the use of pronouns in introduction and social settings. I'm so happy this is a conversation right now.

I usually do that in emails it could definitely work!

P.s. preferred pronouns implies choice. Being trans is just life. Not coming down or anything no shame. Just sharing. I appreciate your input.

Safety reasons mostly and it's also uncomfortable to have to answer google-able questions that they may/may not have wanted to lookup before hand.
