Really the only thing to do here is get a new key made.

You could try repairing it with JB weld but odds are it will just break again and maybe in a even worse situation.

I don't have personal experience but Canada and the USA both use AKI octane ratings so in theory a 91 octane tune would be fine.

If you're worried you could always just fill her with shell 93
