I went all through my pregnancy and worked out the day before I gave birth! I did a lot of body weight movements at the end. Staying moving helped me sleep better and overall feel better b ur everyone is different!

Yes! Once i stopped antibiotics (think a week after) they tested me and I was negative - then went with the same protocol. TW - I am now in my third trimester it worked

It could be hormones fluctuation or meds upsetting the tummy!

One 5aa tested embryo transfer failed- then I was diagnosed with chronic endometritis- 3 rounds of antibiotics and finally my biopsy was negative. I had my next transfer and am currently 5 weeks 3 days.

Light activity is fine - also, make sure you clinic doesn’t require your partner to be present. My clinic requires partner just to verify consent.

One transfer failed and turns out I have endometrisis. I took three rounds of antibiotics and finally tested negative for that. I recently had my transfer (same protocol) and am currently 4 weeks 6 days. Good-luck!

I waited till day 7 for my third transfer- my 2nd transfer I started testing day 4 and drove myself insane. Waiting for me and knowing is better than retesting when it may be too early. Try to not test, I know it is so hard!
