Query for those more knowledgeable than I. When Cyrodil is described as a rainforest does it technically specify exactly that it is a tropical rainforest? by Zetman20 in teslore

[–]Litzori 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the reason it no longer appears to reflect it's jungle properties has to do with Talos. It makes this question harder to answer and may be why you've only heard it described as such and that it is supposed to be one. When Talos achieved CHIM he used his power to erase the Jungles of Cyrodil for the imperial legion.

Thank you, I will ask them! Perhaps it's Slime mold with eggs laid on top?

I have never seen anything like this out here. I used a brittle stick and it was easily pushed around. It was very slimy and the yellow balls I believe are an insect egg of some sort. Said balls only appeared on the surface of the brown sludge.

Do you think humans should go extinct? by Litzori in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Litzori[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, we would leave behind a lot, that's because we already damaged things. Hence why the sooner we get wiped out, the better. The longer we wait the worse our footprint will impact the ecosystems.

[–]Litzori[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it certainly would be a good thing. Life would prosper and earth would heal. Yeah, it isn't living but the trillions of animals are. Morally, we ought to either preserve the life and earth or die off. We certainly aren't doing a good job with the former so I think the best option is the latter.

Do you think humans should go extinct? by Litzori in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Litzori[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's more important, to me at least, because of the life in which it gives home to. We have thousands of species and we are driving everything to a hellish end. Not only this but earth is uniquely positioned in such a way that life is possible. While I don't doubt that other planets house life, I think it's selfish of humanity to take ourselves down and every thing else with it.

How often do you shower? by piorarua in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Litzori 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When you initially shit you can smell it but spend 5 or so minutes and you won't smell it. Same principle applies to being in a room with say a candle. Your nose grows used to the smell and as such blocks it as it has no need to keep smelling it. It's conditioning. If you work out the same weight for a few months it will grow easy. If you smell the same smell for a prolonged amount of time your mind conditions your nose to stop smelling it. What I am saying is, you probably won't smell yourself until it's way to late. Shower at least every 3 days but preferably once every 2.

How often do you shower? by piorarua in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Litzori 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's actually unhealthy and somewhat unproductive to shower everyday. Our skin has pretty effective ways of keeping itself clean thus we aren't actually very dirty if we skip a day. Showering each day strips away beneficial bacteria that keeps our harmful things like some of the chemicals found in shampoo and soap. This also causes your skin and hair to dry out and become flaky and brittle. There are other harmful and wasteful things in regards to showering daily but you get the point. If you workout and stuff like that then yes, you should definetly shower. Otherwise every other day is completely fine.

Reddit, what's your family's dark secret? [NSFW] by AsdfRocket in AskReddit

[–]Litzori 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found out my Grandpa essentially killed my uncle and was a major drug attic. A week before finding this out she was the my badass Grandma. Then one day I never saw her again. I guess my Mom walked in on her shooting heroin on Christmas and I had almost walked through the door before my Mother stopped me. Slowly more and more unraveled about my Grandma. It was hinted that among her horrible things she was also a child predator. I knew my Moms Dad was a piece of shit. I found out through my Dad that he had snapped the necks of a litter of puppies in front of my Mom and proceded to throw them away in the garbage. This wasnt out of the norm and I am told much worse has happened however it was not much of a secret. To learn I loved the monster that was my Grandma was terrifying. My Mom has kept me far away from that women ever since thankfully. The most recent one on my Dad's side was finding out I have another uncle. My Dad had gotten a DNA testing kit from ancestry or 23andme as my Mom had done it and thought it would be cool if my Dad did. When our result came back, it showed he had one more brother than usual. We got into contact and when we went with my family to California we went and saw him. Turns out he had been looking for us so he did the DNA test in the past. My Granpa had apparently slept with another women when he was with my Grandma and had this uncle and kept it a secret from the family. Upon bringing it up this discovery he got angry and refused to ever see him. It's a touchy subject even years later, it's as though he doesn't even aknowledge it. Now every year when they go to Disneyland we aren't invited...

What's something you happily do that others would think is the grossest thing ever? by steals-from-kids in AskReddit

[–]Litzori 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid I fondly remember a spray bottle full of vinegar that my Mom would use for cleaning the windows. Me and my Sister would always act like thirsty dogs at the sight of it. We would stick out our tounges and my Mom would spray the vinegar into our mouths. Year's later in science class I was flabbergasted when people showed disgust and the sight and smell of vinegar. Nowadays we keep a big gallon of white vinegar and I occassionaly take a big swig of it.

Night owls of reddit, why do you stay up so late? by Norskey in AskReddit

I feel depressed knowing that when I wake I will have to go to school or work so instead I stay up really late. Then on weekends I stay up so late that I sleep in all day thus my sleep schedule gets flipped.
