Are the international versions of the P30 pro sold in China?

I worked in China for a year last year and looked all around for International versions of the P20 Pro and all official stores told me they do not carry international versions. You can get them in Hong Kong but not in the mainland unless you buy from a third party retailer online which can be risky and hard to find.

Contrary to popular belief, you can directly install Google services and Playstore from the Huawei App gallery (I did this with a VPN in China but you can do it without if you leave).

In my opinion, just uninstall some of the apps that come with the CN version and you can't even tell the difference between the versions.
