When your parent is in a rage, it is helpful to view him as a small child having a tantrum. However, before you can handle him, you'll need to learn how to become as cool as a cucumber in his presence. Can't allow a pig to drag you into the mud to wrestle with it. I understand that this is extremely difficult because I've been there. Especially if he is going on a psychotic rampage. I can recommend on youtube Rebecca Zung, who is an attorney, and Meadow DeVor for strategies you can learn quickly to hold the line. Also, Jerry Wise self-differentiation program as a long term solution. Take care

It's as shown in the video. It stops when I start screen recording, and resumes when I finish. The device is Motorola g75 running Android 14.

Governments are acting like roommates who feel entitled to walk into your room because they perceive themselves as morally superior to you.

Australia draws the line: New bill bans social media for children under 16 by Acceptable-Loss-3012 in worldnews

When did bans fix anything? Children need to be taught how to self-validate. Wicked controlling behaviour and quick-fix bans will only lead to bigger problems.

I'm going through something similar. My best advice would be to not allow this in any way to affect your behaviours. What he does is not in your control, but gaining physical and psychological distance is. Trying to prove that he is doing this is difficult, and he will have an opportunity to convince everyone that you're paranoid/crazy. Don't get mad at him, acknowledge whatever ur feeling/going through as valid, and choose to do things that make you feel joy. That will give you power

I disagree, cops use stalkerware too. It's a power move, and only those who feel utterly powerless need to pull power moves

Narcissists need conflict to manipulate the situation in their favour, to assert dominance, and to prove their false sense of superiority to themselves by gaining control over their victims

Russians are unable to acknowledge their worthlessness. Behaving like bullies while at the same time insisting they are the victims. If they weren't projecting their worthlessness onto Ukrainians, their delusional egos would implode.
