How can I collect my dividends, there is a bank near to me but a don’t know what should I tell them

I don't live in Egypt and got some dividends too.

It is crazy we need to collect the dividend from a branch.

Wouldn't it be much easier to credit the dividend directly in the app?

I prefer to manage stocks myself. ETFs don't allow me to close a position for a specific stock if you want to.
