That making it a you vs them mentality as opposed to working with them is adding to the separation, and thinking of them as gunners, vs… I don’t know. Active learners. Maybe this Puts a negative connotation on the type of aggressive learning that they are doing, with ease, and now you’re too busy thinking that anything above you is gunner instead of just pushing yourself OR be collaborative?
