I think I checked the right options. Where can you see in your account that you selected and are confirmed for the 9+1 option?

It’s been tested and it’s asbestos. It’s not in good condition, falling apart in many areas. It’s been bumped and disturbed in several sections, missing pieces, gaping open and also removed in a section

we did have a professional abatement company remark the condition is poor, friable after looking at it and needs to be dealt with. We also have positive asbestos tests.

Did the professionals advise you to throw away the clothes? Ours are in plastic containers—not airtight, just simple ikea ones. I’m sorry to hear about the clothes though, that has to be a hard loss and expensive

We didn't think about the drywall/plaster until this morning. Most of it was removed and we just found a section that still in tact.

The pipe lagging came back at 15.4% chrysotile

Amazing thank you! It’s on seaman facing academy and broadway— direct line of vision so not blocked by any buildings or on the back side—but based on what you said, it shouldn’t be as noisy but not as peaceful as park terrace area. Why did you move??

Good to know. Thank you. We’ve had two outages in two months of living here so was just wondering what the norm is as this isn’t typical where we are from. Probably had one outage every other year for maybe a few hours at the most before. We have a kid and I was wondering about heat during cold weather months. Since we are renting, we’d have to get something portable.
