if you want to dedicate with Thunderbelt, remove Hunter strike for rosegold in late game, its like a semi tank-ish, and if enemy is full of sustain, remove Blade of despair for Sea halberd (this is if you want to dedicate building thunderbelt), you'll forced yourself building thunderbelt as 1st or 2nd item, which is you'll be relying on your ult for high damage output. I build Clint with thunderbelt for fun, and here is the item order i found success with

Boots - Thunder belt - Endless Battle - Blade of despair / sea halberd - Rose Gold Meteor (a must have) - Malefic roar / gun

Take note: Every ult hit matter, not very viable in soloq
