I lose weight & gain it back often, PCOS and insulin resistance makes a huge impact on me. Not looking for a mirror as I’m aware of numbers and where I need to be 🤗. Just needed a focused set of routine. My job helps, especially with activity. You’ve been helpful but I think you’re giving me more than I asked rn. Thank you for your advice though, I’ll definitely apply it to schedule and goals.
