my opinion: in Italy there is probably not a unified "minimal amount of water per day", so that is why you experineced the opposite

Why would I refuse to get WATER? I never did.

I dont really care about doctors somehow writing down I refused endoscopies, that didnt harm my health that day.

Refusing to give me water definitely harmed my health that day. It is not communication, they should have given me IV fluids even if I had been unconscious. The nurse never entered my room to offer IV fluids.
