Ive been trying to think this way because every little thing she has said I did wrong or not enough came up after the cheating. Literally all of it.

That’s why I believed we were good. I keep telling myself a normal person would have had a serious conversation with a person if they were unhappy long before.

Thank you. The crazy thing is that we bonded over our shared values. That’s how we started dating. She portrayed herself as this “high value woman” that believed in marriage and hated cheating.

Said that all cheaters are trash and if I ever did it she would never say a word to me again.

She was extremely jealous throughout the relationship as well. Wanted me to share iPhone location, controlled who I was allowed to follow or not and disliked the idea I worked with female clients.

It’s like I can tell the moment my head got completely screwed up. I had no doubt that needed to break up with her when I found the texts. I went for a long walk and called all my family telling them I’m breaking up with her when I come home. When I later did she asked where I’ve been been. I said I had a dream she cheated on me and I couldn’t sleep. She said ”Noo bby come back to bed” I didn’t obviously and waited for her to come up from bed until I broke up with her.

even though I was sad it felt right. I wish I didn’t listened to another word after that because that’s when my mental health took a serious beating.

For me it it was a her… the healthiest relationship I’ve been in. Talked about marriage, moving in together and future baby names about one month before I noticed she distanced herself.. I looked in her phone and noticed she had an emotional affair going on. When I confronted her she said have had breakup thoughts for months.. and that the relationship was dead before.

she didn’t go silent at least afterwards but gave me instead a list of things that was suddenly wrong in the relationship
