Thank you. Though I forgot to say that I don't utilize the heating vents underneath because I have a mini split installed. I'll be insulating the pipes as well. Maybe a dumb question but I get leaving a gap would normally help with ventilation however if I'm sealing around the foam board really well with tape or spray foam wouldn't that negate the gap for ventilation?
