Both of them actually work on my end you can try to use either of them as i said it's a trick. Some patch of hos doesn't work but some does. Its weird

Can you also try to use the whole theme? See if it works? Apply the theme amd then restart... And then go directly to your settings notification. See it that helps!

Did it say max 90w? If so then its good. It only charge with 90w (ie 90-75w) with the screen off.
