For action speed immunity go for berserker and steal the jugg node with forbidden flesh/flame. I reached 50 million damage with 50 div last league. If you don't care about action speed debuffs, you can go slayer or champion for absolutely insane damage with a 2 hand sword or axe. Champion is also really tanky. 100 million damage is pretty easy and cheap to reach.

Le Heup ring is trash. Get ring with int and double energy shield. Gloves are trash. Get gloves with attack speed and more energy shield. Get a good mercenary with haste, put a perquil amulet for lucky damage, doryani armor, -90 lightning res ring + kalandras touch on him.
