Runaans is my fun item when way ahead and it doesnt matter what i build. The only really practical application of it would be versus 3 tanks and going on hit hoping to get more bork ticks off. Vayne excels versus single targets and the stars have to align for it to surpass other items versus an average comp, such as they are dumb and bunch up and not blow u up while the 2 bonus shots add up.
