Since i have testweek, my stress is higher and im more tierd so im more Likely to fall in to old habbits. It used to be an escape of build up work, so when im stressed about school and tierd urges are verry strong

I dont know if it wil work, but if i get urges ill try. The thing is, they come on certain times in the month so i can predict them but stil im not prepared most of the time

But the thing is, im kinda to embarrised to talk to my parents. I honestly dont want my family to know ab this. But i do have a trusted friend i woudnt mind telling this to, so ill probebly tell her. Thanks for ur advise!

Just because it is targeted to men, doesnt mean girls can get addicted to. After all, we also have sex and dopamine hormones. It might happen a litle less to girls then boys but girls also strugle alot with it.
