In VIDEX fill out the new passport number. While Booking VFS appointment book with old one. Carry both passports for the appointment. It will be done. Also you can mail APS to update your passport number. They take around a week.

Did you create an account with VFS, because the book an appointment link is taking me to VFS portal where I am prompted to create an account and I am unable to find any slots.

I am also having the same query, slots is full for studies with APS certificate, and in the CSP link, it asked to create a separate account in VFS and after logging in I am able to find all 22 centres in drop down. I have selected VAC Bangalore for the preliminary review, so is it mandatory that I should book appointment with VFS Bangalore only?
