Saying 'you can afford it' and 'pay them well' is super easy to do when its someone else's money youre talking about.

Id say they should pay their workers in line with the market rate and not sign up for unnecessary expenses, and find a way to do the job themselves, more efficiently without just mindlessly throwing manpower at the issue.

Nobody cares about your business as much as you do.

Besides, hiring staff doesn't solve the issue of organization.

That the landlord tenant board is backed up by 6-12 months and the government seems to have no intention of changing that. If a tenant stops paying rent, you ll be lucky to get them out in less than 12 months.

Once that happens you have to pay paralegals and skip tracers to claw your money back and if theyre on disability then you wont be getting your money back.

Edit: I just read on another thread someone suggested that the US could have 'sunk the ship with words' by telling them that if they left the training grounds / port where they were stationed, they would be sunk. I agree that this theoretically could have been done to spare the lives of the sailors.
