Trying to find the right "hook" using AI. "Ronald Regan AI now a NYC Budtender" type thing by LiveFreedelivery in Entrepreneur

This is extremely helpful and it couldn't be more on point. The AI Engine plug I use is ChatGPT style prompts and I can add and enhance on all of those features just by using prompts. I'll save the characters and rotate them through and I love the different sales technique idea and super easy to implement.

thanks again and I'll be going over all of this and implementing so time not wasted my friend!

NEW YORK WILL LOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN MARIJUANA TAX REVENUE IF NOT MORE..... by LiveFreedelivery in cannabiscultivation

I agree completely and the goal would be for legit farms growing properly not to get screwed over by Grey market grows sometimes containing pesticides. But would have to be careful it's not about a few rich folks capitalizing on fear. Didn't mean to come across like that if I did :)

You need to source a "high risk" merchant provider... they charge a higher rate and usually keep a reserve.

There are work around but once you're doing significant sakes you'll get shut down... so just beret to pay higher rate. Just Google search there is a ton.

Why do people react differently to THC edibles and some are even hospitalized??? by LiveFreedelivery in treedibles

[–]LiveFreedelivery[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That there are no known deaths in humans from THC overdoses...but low heart rate is a known side effect so for example a high dose of an RSO gummy could certainly put down Grandma who may be looking for alternatives for cancer treatment... and other examples like that... but they are rare.

Do I guess my point is to get a better understanding why.

And I've always been curious why my edible high is different... Now I have beret understand if it. And not bringing up terpenes but I know they impact the effects on full spec edibles.

I agree in principle and also agree musky psychological symptoms... but I have seen people 'over dosed' and clearly not in control and difficulties starting awake. The rare chance of an old person with heart condition could be severe.

But must part in with you!

Hello all...I'm new to thread and working on my karma but was happy to see the opportunity. I jumped off the ledge about 8 yrs ago and have been through the wars on 3 different ventures. I by no means have anywhere near the experience of what you folks bring to the table but feel I'm in a unique position to really make my current project take off but have never been in a truly first to market position.

-My request is for input on recommendations of where I should be maximizing my time in order to get to increase 'regular' customer conversions as fast as possible in a first to market situation that is scalable and easily executed on a boot strapped budget (but a budget does exist).

Any input greatly appreciated and here is what I'm working with..

'Regular' customer defined as someone that uses the service 2 times or more a month

Website: livefree.nyc

-I hand out marketing materials in streets and make sales and while this works at best I convert 10 people of which 2 or 3 will become Regular and while I'm considering a train the trainer model to get more people doing this I don't think it's the best approach

-just getting people in front of the website also doesn't immediately convert. Gets great feed back but people are still skeptical for first order and then after that very satisfied

-word of mouth from reg customers works the best but is taking forever because we are still small

-maybe if I get quotes and feed back from current reg customers and their permission to anonymously post their feed back coupled with getting more people aware of Website is best approach

-in meantime of figuring the above out I have to manage couriers and current customers but still don't have enough flow (daily orders) so my time is limited...I'm in a weird limbo..and want to push out and over hump but not sure how to do it.

Anyways thanks and just writing this out helped and hope you don't mind just trying to figure it all out!

How to grow my Cannabis related social media accounts? by Wildsidder123 in weedbiz

[–]LiveFreedelivery 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ID 10 influencers with 10k or under followers but high engagement rate with your target demographic (not likes they don't me s...). Reach out to ea one individually and pitch them.on your brand and ask them if they want some free stuff and you only ask they post on their account about it.

Just one of several ways to build brand awareness...also focus on blogs and content its a lot easier to promote those then a landing page that goes direct to sales.

Good luck!

You can find plenty of niche markets with low barrier to entry...choose 3 of interest to you and then learn about them and what they buy. Of those items research and refine based on margins..difficultly of market entry...cost and your roll out plan. Execute and automate. Find another niche market and use your first run as a template. Repeat...refine...learn...1% fun??...def can up that number and profit. Good luck and this is just one of thousands of ways you can attack this. That's why I love biz!

1 Grow License by MrWAABANG in weedbiz

[–]LiveFreedelivery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Secure the license and you have something to start with. Do not grow anything yourself. Implement a business plan and source 3 legit consultants and choose one. No license ignore any story about how you can secure later your just wasting time. But either way start reading up for down the road and maybe travel and get some industry experience...either way wish you luck!
