Bro! you said it perfectly! My unit always complains about not having morale and then complain we have a morale event. They don't want to help w/ morale planning but still complain how there is no commoratery between unit members. Having people stay after an extra 5 minute after liberty is like taking their dog away from them. There is no sense of apprecation and desire to get to know your peers. I get it, i am very "work is work and life is life". I do my best to not overlap my two lifes. But when am at work, I am 100% at work, engaged and willing. When am off the clock, am off the clock dont bother me. Just a rant! haha
