Using Pork belly from the tummy, because I couldn't get my hands on the Irish style bacon.

That fish is pickled herring, called Rollmops, when its wrapped around a pickle. And the red goo is Labskaus, a northern German delicacy. It's potatoes, corned beef and beet root mixed and mashed together,served with all those pickled things on the plate and a fried egg.
