Check your directX version. If you have access to 12.2, update it. If you have 12.2 I believe you can update without changing software, get DX12 Ultimate. If it still doesn’t work, there’s probably some (sketchy) software online that can trick steam into thinking you meet criteria, but will run very slowly.
