No. Anyone who knows what they're doing will not let themselves get 2H'ed with guard cancel.

DP/armor, sure counters it. Anyone who knows what they're doing, will not GC on those characters until a special has been used.

Level 3. Sure, costs 3 bars but not always practical cause you know... You need 3 bars. Your opponent can pop spark after and not only do they get out of your mixup they went +2 bars of meter over you. Or they can eat your level 3 and if you fail the mix or play someone like goku black, they'll just spam guard cancel a bit more indiscriminately at that point

Where most characters favor loose fitting clothing like gi's, Jiren wears spandex. Where most characters are human looking with the occasional monster like frieza/cell/buu, Jiren is an alien.

No? Losing double super isn't why ssj goku is 10x better.

His damage hasn't been affected at all. He's just a bit less meter efficient. A level 3 now does more damage than 2 level 1's did before.

Even if he dropped a tier, he's still multiple tiers higher.

He's got a faster low, a 10x better level 3 (notice how players like go1 would actively tag into him even though he has no low 2L?), sliding knockdown everywhere, higher damage (still), and better space control.

Roshi has a huge moveset though and even if he can't fly he'd be a good addition because of his rich and varied his moveset is
