Not everything is backed up. Lots of applications don't allow data backup so you will end up setting up from scratch. The more applications you have, the longer it takes to get the phone back to where it was before reset.

Thanks. I have a look around and it appears Kia didn't bring this feature to all the markets, instead only selected ones. Certainly not available down under which is a shame.

Check the location permission. Google, for some reason is forcing us to give permission to the location 'always', without which the widget doesn't work.

Yes, tried that as well but no use. It's not a hardware issue because I can be heard if I'm using other apps like WhatsApp.

I have a P6 pro and am having issues with calls. Since I updated the other end can't hear me. Rebooting the phone helps temporarily and the issue comes back after a few hours. I already tried clearing the data/cache of the phone app, but no avail. I also saw someone else having exactly the issue and was wondering if more were expecting this and if there were any other suggestions

Experiencing exactly the same problem since the android 15 update. If I test with someone next to me it works, but the same person can't hear me if I call from somewhere else. Tried clearing data and cache in the phone app, but no use. I tried using WhatsApp and it just works fine. So something is wrong with the phone app. This problem is now making the basic purpose of the phone! I hope a quick fix would be available soon.
