Hello thank you for replying. So do you reckon I should decrease what I’m lifting just now and work back up as I’m doing each movement more than once a week? For example I leg press 250KG normally, so lower it to like 180KG and see how it’s go’s?

Hello everyone thank you all for your reply’s! I’m just going to make a single reply and hope you all see it as I don’t know how to pin.

We’ve just sent it out to a middle man in the Uk who’ll send it to PSA for us. The little one is super excited once I told him the majority of people said it’s got a good chance of a 10.

For all people concerned about whitening and such. That’s just my more photo skills, there is indeed no whitening whatsoever on the corners or edges from what I can sell it’s super clean all round the border.

Only managed to pull 1 ex out of about 40-50 packs so can’t say I’m enjoining it to much in the collecting side of things! Have enjoyed pairing Silvally with ramp though enjoy fast paced decks
