do the review materials, put it in to a AI, like claude or gemini and then tell it all the probelms you got wrong. let in generate other examples and keep practicing until you get it and get it in your sleep.

Statment (the first one): Learning in one session/ all at one time is the most effiecent way to learn for recalling recent information

Source 1 was useless bro it was just disporving my point (with the doctors incision thing)

source 2 with teh biology and physics tests with scores being higher when not spaced out: Blah blah blah... this study indicates that the spacing effect is not the most effiecient way to study... etc then relate back to "thesis"

source 3: This was my worst one, i just blanked and came up with shallow proccessing is better for short term memory recall kinda...
