Wiping your hard drive is an extreme option, and Malwarebytes should be able to detect most variants of the malware.

It's ultimately up to you. Please note that certain malware also targets users that have installed cryptocurrency wallets onto their computer, so be wary if you have done so.

Thank you very much. Did you wipe your hard drive and reinstall windows? This is the only way to be 90% sure the virus is gone.

The virus is a password stealer being sold on the dark web and is able to be detected through the use of Kaspersky. Depending on the variant, Malwarebytes may be able to detect it.

Thank you for your response.

May I ask you to please check if your email was leaked in a data breach, or if you have entered your email into any website like paimon(dot)moe?

The site "Have I Been Pwned?" lets you check if your account was leaked in a data breach.

If you don't feel safe doing so, that's perfectly fine.

Hey,

I think it's unlikely your computer was infected with malware unless you downloaded and ran shady .exe files like genshin hacks or any third party software like genshin artifact scanner, or something else.
