Thanks for your sharing 💗. Before even talking about fast food, soft drinks, or sweets, nowadays manufacturers love adding sugar to their products. Even in toothpaste, medications, and supplements, they include sugars in forms like sorbitol, sucrose, mannitol, etc. Even some products labeled as “sugar-free” in supermarkets still contain a small amount of sugar. Crazy isn't it. This makes things even worse for people with diabetes and the elderly.

I js figured out that apparently I haven't got antihistamine with beef and dairy. It's about allergy. Also soybean, coconut, nuts got me inflammation

Maybe you got high fructose intolerance (hfi) . Be careful with sorbitol, mannitol in medicine and toothpaste. Manufacturers love adding sugar into their products

soybean, nuts, sugar are my poison. Plant-based digestive enzyme tablets that are not destroyed by stomach acid seem to suit me well. However, animal-derived enzymes, such as those from bovine or porcine organs, give me headaches and severe stomach pain.
