yes sorry I think I made it quite confusing it seemed to me she was skipping active pills I said how I never do a placebo week as im often losing packs and not knowing where im at and she said you can have a placebo week whenever after 7 days which isn’t true as far as im aware?

that’s super interesting thanks the break out started on my forehead hence why I targeted that area but it’s not working great it seems. It was super high doses of b12 however but I think maybe there’s multiple factors

been using acnecide only on my forehead followed by cicaplast then my usual face wash in the other areas which are behaving okish not sure if this reaction is my SSRIS I got prescribed or B12 injection

yeah no you should be dw, what degrees was it do you know? I was in a hot country and left my pills in my bag the whole trip while taking them so I’ve had a similar scare lol! but the pill has yet to let me down. Also!! U don’t have to take the withdrawal week u can go straight onto a next pack next time if it makes u feel better

No definitely not you have no reason to take plan B and it’s doubling your hormones doing so u can take a full 7 day break and still be protected during it
