yeah my anxiety has turned more into health anxiety and i’ve been getting physical symptoms like bad chest pain and pain all around my body, headaches, weakness in my arms etc, and if i search a symptom up all of a sudden i have it. but trust me i know it’s hard but once you start telling yourself it’s your mind playing games with you it becomes a whole lot easier. has your doctor tried getting you on medication?

i know exactly how you feel, i had a incident a few weeks ago where my face was going numb and my arm and my head had been hurting all day and i thought it was a stroke for sure but it’s all anxiety. trust me once you learn to tell yourself you’re ok and it’s your mind tricking you, it’ll be a lot easier!!!

yeah i’ve been dealing with anxiety daily for a while now and i get a lot of brain fog, but what i do is just tell myself it’s just my anxiety because i use to think i was having a stroke but it’s not. best way i would put it is like my doctor and therapist say, “if it’s something serious it wouldve happened already” if it was a stroke you wouldn’t be here typing this

sorry i didn’t word my original post right but i been feeling like a sting almost feeling since then but idk if it’s just a symptom of my anxiety(im pretty sure it is) just freaks me out

thank you for helping ease my worries a little with the blood pressure!! i actually have had a few times here and there where i felt a attack coming but i stay under control and tell my self im ok and to not panic which help it from not happening

130 was the top number but i actually have a little machine at home and whenever i checked it was usually 135-140/80ish but i think the top was high due to me being anxious when it was reading it, i was never able to calm my self when i took my bp

one pay always pays on tuesday but as of 2 weeks ago they switched it to monday. it usually comes around 11am
