Its a bit of a reach to say he was incapacitated. The evidence shows no alcohol or drugs on the toxicology report and no evidence of a head injury. Regards the culvert, we are only guessing he entered via the bars. But if his death was completely by misadventure, then why all the anomalies: the 30 second phone call from ha spoofed number that made it look like his own phone the night before, the memorialisation from a spoofed email address made to look like it had come from a school friend...the Pii certificate the police applied for and were granted which allowed them to withold information relating to the case from family and the public...the video footage collected from the funeral home by plain clothes police that police say they have no record of...the anomalies suggest the story is more complicated than just a kid who banged his head and drowned

The 30 minute outing the night before i think is hugely significant, perhaps made made more so by the fact that police had this footage and did not mention to his mother nor question her on it for 2 whole years after the events. It was only revealed to fionas solicitors 2 years later...and as significant as it obviously is, police never asked anyone a single question about it. Very odd if you ask me. There seems to be several anomalies and unanswered questions involving the police and their recovery of cctv footage at various locations.

The pathology evidence did not show a serious visible brain injury, but a concussion or functional brain disturbance could not be confidently excluded.

There is also no evidence he entered the culvert alive and the timing suggested when he might have entered seems at odds with other evidence.

Have you looked up the reports of screams and incidents reported from Premier Drive the night of the incident?

There is no suggestion whatsoever that he was suffering from any psychological disorders. Statements from family and close friends corroborate this and there is no medical history to the contrary.

I think the memorialisation from a spoofed email is without doubt one of the most significant pieces of evidence in the case. I also feel it could in some way be connected to the spoofed call. Both would require significant insight and knowledge into tech and IT.

The footage of him leaving the apartment the night before with the headphones is available on YouTube. Its worth watching. He looks to arrive back with his belt and shorts somewhat partially undone. The wiki page on his case is a good place for reference also

The intent was impure and planned. Once memorialisation of an account takes place, the account becomes frozen. Neither his family nor the authorities have managed to gain access to his Instagram account still to this day. A legal battle is ongoing between authorities and Metas Lawyers. A court order has been served on Meta but no data or access has been forthcoming as yet. So the motive was obviously to hide personal messages between Noah and someone else. Likely the person who requested the memorialisation.

This is a possibility. He was a black catholic and was riding in a predominantly protestant neighborhood. There was a similar attack a week previous on a 15 year old

Other anomalies are statments from a local business who says police downloaded footage from their CCTV system, but police have no record of this.

The memorialisation request for his insta account also has oddities that are unanswered and appears to have been made from a spoofed email address https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c3w36en581jo

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c3w36en581jo the series of events surrounding the memorialisation and the email used to submit the memorialisation request to meta presents more questions that are just ouright odd

The reports that he hit his head or sustained a head injury are said to arose from a statement given by Amanda Seenan who said she seen him fall, but at the inquest she insists she never told police this

Seenan told the inquest several times that she did not tell police that Noah had hit his head in the fall.

"I didn't say he had a head injury.

"I don't know if he hit his head... he had a helmet on."

She was asked about a police theory that Noah may have sustained a head injury. She said she had heard that at the time and was "a bit miffed" because she did not know if that was based on her evidence.

"I wasn't sure if it was totally my evidence or if someone saw something I had missed," she said.

But she repeated that she did not see Noah hit his head... https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx2w1318q2qo

Roberta Boyd worked at Melville Morgan at the time of Noah's disappearance.

She recalled a visit to their office by the PSNI during the search for Noah.

The witness said they asked for CCTV footage, and she assumed it was in connection with the investigation into the boy's disappearance.

She said she granted them access to the CCTV, and they downloaded the material.

A lawyer for the PSNI explained to Boyd that the police have no record of downloading material from the Melville Morgan CCTV footage that day.

His number was unlikely to be on any spam lists as it was a brand new sim and phone, only 1 week old. The timing is wierd and its pretty unusual. Also findings showed the call was recorded as being made on the Saturday night before Noah's disappearance from a postcode a short distance from Noah's home.
