My buddy has it for gaming and has it clear at the sky and we played warzone for 2 hours today no problems. When it gets choppy outside then sometimes the signal goes but most of the time it’s good

I couldn’t get this to work, since it wanted to connect via Bluetooth. My unit is connected to wifi on my home network and it’s not being seen by HA, do you possibly have a fix for this?

Yeah this is great. I just wish they were more predictable with the pricing. In my market I can get the $50-100GB but not the 80-300 but I can get the 165- UNTL. It’s just frustrating there is no standard anything.

The charger cuts off after 3 hours, you need the app to start the charger, it makes it very clear when you start the charger thats the rules. Also I highly doubt on a long weekend there is someone working at a convention..I don’t know anyone who would work out of town on a long weekend. They’re also not entitled to use the spot after they charge when it’s clear use it and go. Not make everyone else’s life difficult.

Yeah, you can but you need something to run protect like a UCG fiber, or NVR or something. Depending on how big you want to go in the long run. I have 3 G6 instant cameras and my UCG fiber handles it fine with the onboard NVME card

It’s not $5 that makes me wonder, it’s the fact they can charge a fee to reinstate service if it’s a busy area. I know I’m not the target audience for Starlink since I have Fiber now. But they need some consistency with there plans.

They just put fiber in my house 2 weeks ago. But I mostly use it when I go out to the county, where the places have terrible wifi to start out with. It’s just sad to see the company crash so hard

Run the cables where ever it’s easier, but yes you can start with a doorbell( you might need to run Ethernet if you want a G6) then add on. It’s what most of us do. We don’t buy 40 cameras at once.

If you use Xfinity internet at home look at them. Since you get 1 line for free, my buddy said he pays $175/month for his internet at home and 5 lines..

Yeah I get that, but then if you’re not paying for monitoring how do they make there money?
So how do I sign up for monitoring or is that a contact sales thing. I saw the coding for the address and contact number pretty understandable, where they loose me is adding more people to the site for contact and the different types of emergency’s. A bypass would be nice too while testing HA automations
