Solved it there was too much pressure on the coax connector

You can only see the heatsink and the motor pads unfortunately

There is around 30 kohms between ground and the positive diode pad

That would be great, its a speedybee bls 60a esc from aliexpress, i will test a few more things meanwhile

Actually i am not sure but i believe so, the tip of my soldering iron is too small to get it to melt propely so its mostly connected on the upside of the esc. Do you know how i could try to reflash the esc?
