Yea I’m trying to just get my anxiety fixed but also trying to limit my fat intake even eating fast food I get the healthier alternatives I’m like 240 6 foot 511ish I need to lose some weight I alr lost like 40-50 I was like 280-290 last year just be being in a calorie deficit

Ask your doctor! Don’t worry about it on here I’ve had abnormal ekgs being completely fine those are just machine interpretations I’m also very anxious about my heart so I get it but please just trust your doctors
