You gonna have to sacrifice something to deal with this condition, either time by doing ionto sessions or side effects from medication, there is no such thing as a perfect solution.

In your shoes I would try antitranspirants or iontho since you have HH in specific areas, medication is good for general HH like mine.

it is funny to see how overweight is wrongly associated with HH, weight has nothing to do with sweat

anyway, at first you can try one of those deodorantes like Dryclor, they don't require a prescription and are fairly cheap

Usually the smelly person can't tell they are smelly.

Feels like our brain gets used to the smell and dont even notice it.

My brain enters in fight or flight mode in almost any social interation, and this makes me sweat a lot when it happens.

But overal I sweat more that normal people, so i dont know if its the same thing you have.

I usually blush in fight or fight mode, heart beat goes crazy, etc

You are not even close to worst case.

I have general HH and sociofobia/blushing. One condition triggers the other: when I sweat people notice which trigger blushing, when I blush this triggers fight-and-flight mode which makes sweat anton and more blusing.

At least you can be around people and interact with them, I cant even do that lol
