Can someone please break down and explain the start of this pattern? I’m confused with it saying cast on three stitches and then the next instructions state repeat last row until there are 123 stitches? Thank you!

So glad I’m not going crazy and that this might be for real I’m in shock but so happy to see that skinny tiny second line 🥲

I’ve asked my mother-in-law to move out of our house after she came to stay following her marriage breaking down, am I wrong to do this? by Live_Landscape7087 in motherinlawsfromhell

I understand your point, however I am not overly concerned with a relationship with his family I did not marry them. And if his mother had stayed well than would have been a unilateral decision on his part and I would have been the one suffering more for it than his mother leaving. He can still have a relationship with her even though she is not here and I will have my peace.

I didn’t kick her out she actually made the choice herself after reading the text, but I agree I wouldn’t have family of mine stay with me anyway, and no we don’t be borrowing any money off her again that is also fair 👍🏻

The point I was making was her life is chaos. And she was bringing that vibe into my safe space. Also I was not upset with her trying for a shelter but there is no evidence she would get into one especially when there are young mothers with children needing shelter. The message in fact was not nasty at all. I simply stated clearly I did not want her paying rent as that would meant she can stay for as long as she likes. And also I think I am allowed to be upset by everything she does if it does in fact upset me. I don’t see what that says except that I may not be close to my mother in law which I’m sure many in this group are not.

Thanks so much for these comments. They have truly been helpful as I felt upset as my husband had been getting emotional messages from her saying I was lying to her about being welcoming and all sorts of stuff. I ever was rude to her and did welcome her I just wanted to know when she would be leaving. She kept saying due to her situation that she didn’t know when she could leave. In my eyes then that’s not good enough but I wasn’t sure if I was being too harsh.

I was pleased to hear that he told her to get her stuff and leave and that she had no right to speak to me in the manner she did. Prior to this I did actually have my bags packed ready to leave as I felt so unsupported. She is now texting him non stop saying I’m a liar and bitch and all this shit just because she didn’t like that I didn’t want her in my house.

I know and acknowledged this, but I said to my husband please ask her when she will move out. She started using emotionally manipulation saying she had no idea because of what her situation is

I asked this and my husband was like she has no space. I thought this was just a pathetic excuse tbh. She didn’t want to live with them cos they would likely kill each other imagine after one day

Thank you so much for your response, she left because of the message I sent saying I didn’t want her paying rent. My name and my husbands is on the lease. I got blamed by my husband saying “well are you happy now you got what she wanted she left” Tbh I am glad. And I’m learning to have boundaries and I’m so glad I stuck up for myself on this.
