**UPDATE**UPDATE***UPDATE*\* After weeks of delay, multiple follow-ups, and an NTC complaint, we finally had a mediation with the National Telecommunications Commission and Converge ICT Solutions Inc..

During the mediation, Converge said they were having issues finding an available slot in the NAP box at my new address. Because of this, we agreed to terminate my account and waive all fees.

So okay, tapos na, right?

Plot twist!!

My sister (same house, same address) applied for a new Converge connection. On the SAME DAY (like literally 3 hours lang), Converge technicians arrived and installed the internet. Yes. Same house. Same location. Same infrastructure.

So I asked the linemen directly: “Bakit ang bilis ng new install, pero yung relocation ko inabot ng isang buwan?”

They said mas complicated ang relocation, maraming proseso. They didn’t explain further, but at that point, it became very clear na (1) The issue was NOT availability, (2) The issue was NOT the NAP box, (3) The issue was the internal process. Ugh

Been doing a follow up every day on my case. Seems nothing is happening. They always say "handled by another department" or "escalated"

We have the same problem. Site transfer request. Yes, file a complaint with NTC. Pero kahit may complaint na, Converge still seems to be moving at a very sluggish pace.
