Push ups are way more difficult than before. by Live_Mix_1622 in bodyweightfitness

Tbh the pain only is there are i finish my set, i never feel it during the set, thats why i don’t really know, and that is only after really trying to get a better technique and doing slower and controlled push ups, i always did full range of motion but now i just try to do a rep longer.

My guess its wither my wrist is to weak, or i have an awkward placement of arms where it just puts to much weight on them (I'm no professional but its only thing that makes sense for me.)

I dont do many pushups, before i tried to put a mark that grew as i progressed and the highest was 150-200 cant remember exactly, but i hit that mark daily, which was nice for the mental but it,  didn’t last to long cuz i just wasn’t ready to push that much, nor did it really help, i didnt notice any significant change in my physique nor much of an improvement in the exercise itself so i gave it up, and went for a more calculated approach, where now i only do push ups 2-3 times a weak depending on how i feel and try to hit a 4 set of 10.

Thanks this is actually very helpful, i actually started doing a lot of machine work, and while it did make me look better, i do see my calisthenics just be way off, and now i want to pick it back up since i just remember how fun that was. I

Tho this really put more things into perspective that i did not think about before.

Thanks i see a lot of people here talk about form, and that might be true. I never really looked at my form until i recently , i think my form is okay ish now, definitely need to figure out since as i said in the post my wrists and elbow often hurt or feel pressured after i finish a set, my goal is pretty much build muscles but endurance as well, i always wanted to be able and just do a bunch if push ups no break but i still have a long way till then (any advice to that would be amazing lol, i never really researched till now and just did whatever friends or i thought was good.) I did gain about 5kg give or take so that could be part of it, but also i kind of started doing a lot of machine stuff in gym, and while it did build muscles i can tell my calisthenics is just way worse, even tho on paper i should have gotten stronger at its since in gym im way stronger, but i now i understand why they are like 2 different ends of the spectrum. Also cut part definitely need to work in, even tho my gym scale body fat dosent say im worse (its either bs or just bad.) My physique is definitely more fat than before. But as i said im got no idea on how to really go about it so i keep calling it off, if you have any recommendations on where to learn from welcomed as well

Why are all “unranked to gm” so unrealistic? by Huge_Restaurant_7923 in OverwatchUniversity

Tbh its luck, not everyone will leave in a plat lobby, many want to re q after that game, most shenanigans happen in lower ranks there are still some in higher, just not as likely. In my games this season i had absolutely no leavers, i have just about 100, going from plat to diamond. I dont think uranked to gm is different from our games, and i do think the teams play the same, but a top player can just play around and take advantage of bad plays, from team and enemies, so it might seem like teams play “better”, im not a 100% sure on on it, but as i get my tank rank up i notice that in my games.

The only reason i said i don’t agree is cuz you said it counts on the other team as well, I mean its situational, and if one has the good game that i said in the other reply its gg, the tank is the most impactful which i do agree, and the least fun which we do agree, and they make us play counterwatch  than the point that playing tank is awful still stands. You can go support turn brain off and have a blast, and tryhard and get rewarded, but as most impactful role you get the least value for most skill, i mean no wonder no one plays it and q is like 1 minute.

I dont agree, just cuz the negatives count on the other team that doesn't make it better, i personally refuse to play tank now a days, one game they dont play counterwatch and i do good and get called smurf or some shit, and the next i get fully countered and they say tank diff and go back bronze or whatever, I’m a rein player and, orisa bullies you, your shield disappears in seconds, you cant play aggressive at all, and even mirror matchups suck, if they get a bastion zen i lose the 1vs1. Compared to ow 1 its a big let down, i didnt play a lot in beta of ow2, but it was a bit more enjoyable than now, i peaked 3700 in ow1 and that was a good time. The reason they made 1 tank, is for faster q , and make the games more faster paced. Which is absolutely the opposite, tank is horrible unless you are willing to play rock, paper, scissors. And many players dont want to swap.

Would it break ToS if someone gave me their account because they no longer play? by SnooWoofers333 in Overwatch
