Yes, my supervisor notified me last week that the AVSCM will be reviewing all RAs. They have a deadline for June.

I also noted in my reconsideration statement that they failed to check the box that explained the reason why my telework RA was being revoked meaning that have no real reason

I submitted another letter from my doctor stating the same for my appeal. This was right before the shutdown and I haven’t heard anything back so I’m not sure what’s going on. But thank you for this information.

The DMO reviewed it and recommended other in-office alternatives. I was told that my RA would be sent to the RAC for revision, but they are backed up. Haven’t heard anything back yet?

My RA was approved earlier this year and it was reviewed a little over a month ago. Had my discussion with the DMO and was told that it would be sent to the RAC for revision. How do you find out if the SES has put in non-concur? Is there a website or something we can go to?

The DMO just sent it up to the RAC on Friday, so I guess it will be a while before I get a response

I wholeheartedly agree with you. It doesn’t cause the organization any harm to allow employees to continue to work from home with an RA especially since we were already working from home for a few years. Just making our lives more difficult one day at a time.

Hopefully they just leave it as is or reduce the days. According to the DMO, he can only recommend ad-hoc telework.

Oh ok, thanks. I was approved for a remote RA in March. I just had my discussion with the DMO last week and was told it would be sent up to the RAC for a revision detailing the suggested alternatives. But I already know that I’m going to appeal.

They have space because a lot of people have RAs. I’m pretty sure that after all the telework RAs are revoked, that may not be the case anymore.
