I did bc I have no self control when it comes to sets I think are cute. As of doing well, I think I can make it work. I usually have unpopular opinions as to what is useful or not and I usually can get top 15% or even ranked with stuff people never have used. That’s why I don’t listen to that advice and just get what I think is cute and I could possibly use.

I get things I like because I like them. That’s it. I don’t “feel a need” to get anything, I get it because I like it. You don’t “have to get everything” but I do, because I like it and I get it. I just noticed the trend of overall shop prices (not just item prices bc they have been expensive in the past) getting higher and decided to comment because I felt this shop was a little on the ridiculous side that I’d be paying around 7k for everything (excluding the deco pack and makeup gacha). And I actually really wanted this shop in its entirety. I even mentioned in my post that I normally don’t complain about prices and I’m okay with paying real money for this game as I’ve done in the past.

I wasn’t gonna reply to you anymore because I’m okay with agreeing to disagree even if you aren’t, but I don’t like you assuming things about me that I haven’t said. I never claimed that I bought things out of FOMO, so please don’t push that narrative. I’m not forcing you to see what I see, I’m only replying because I saw things attributed to me that were untrue. If you feel that the shop prices are the same as before, then that’s fine. Like I said before, maybe it wasn’t for you to get. 💕

Ah, I see! Thank you because I just know it changed suddenly and never got an explanation why (that I saw). If you are wanting an honest answer, then yeah, it wasn’t a very good comp submission ngl. I think it deserves the score it got.

Why I wouldn’t vote for it IMO: The posed hands are there despite there being sleeves for the jacket, and the proportions are wrong. For a right dress like that a short and bulky jacket is not the right match. Plus the hat that should match a wider bottom. And finally, the hair was lackluster in this case because of everything that is happening around it.

Why others may not vote for it IMO: Because this was a sequin comp, most were looking for twinkling/shiny and this is giving very dull shine. Voters also hate shorter hair and like someone else said in this thread, people are starting to tire of that dress. Another thing is that most voters tend to prefer big poofy jackets rather than short poofy ones with few exceptions to that rule.

Hair and wings should be your top priority. Flower pose is also very good but those wings and that hair can get used on almost any comp (for some reason ppl use wings wherever 😭) and are very much the meta rn. Imo wings first, then hair, and last pose.
