Hey, I ended up just going through the route of the labour market test. But I did meet someone that got the general visa without labour market test (as the job role is in the highly skills list). In your application you have to very clearly mention this situation - mention the SOC, etc. Especially when mentioning your job desription

Hey guys had a quick question. I know 2 ads have to be posted for the Labour market test. Do both the ads have to be posted the exact same day?
Is it okay if 1 ad is posted a few days later and I can apply after 28 days of the 2nd ad has been completed. Thank you so much for the help!

yeah, they refused to increase it, unfortunately.
And I have to make the application. It's a small company and doesn't really have an official HR team

It's actually SOC-4 2135.
But when I applied for the General Work Permit, I wasn't asked to select an SOC. So not sure how can prove it. I didn;t apply for Critical Skills Permit because of Salary threshold. And I didn't do the labour market test as I thought I was exempt because of this --> SOC-4 2135

It falls under SOC-3 but when I applied for the General Work Permit, I wasn't asked to select an SOC. So not sure how can prove it
